Colorado High School State Mountain Bike Championships
The 2021 Colorado High School State Mountain Bike Championships are coming to Durango this Saturday Oct 23rd & 24th.
This is a fantastic opportunity to witness extremely skilled young riders! Students from all over Colorado will come to compete on the Durango Mesa in the XC Championship.
Narrow Gauge 10 mile & 5K Run
Since 1978 the Narrow Gauge 10 Mile Run has been one of Durango’s oldest Memorial Day traditions. The 10-mile course showcases the Fort Lewis College rim, the Animas River Trail and great views of Durango!

Fort Lewis College student athletes joined staff at the Boys and Girls Club of La Plata County to show kids how fitness and a healthy lifestyle could lead to a career as a college athlete . . . and a way to pay for their educations.
